Due to a SCSI problem the system has reset all the devices on the SCSI bus.
You may have one of the following problems:
The SCSI connection between the drive and the system is faulty. Check all connections and verify that the drive is getting uninterrupted A/C power. See your Owner's Guide for installation and power information.
The SCSI port on your system or on an external SCSI device does not have a SCSI terminator plugged into it. Make sure the SCSI bus is properly terminated and all the SCSI connections are properly and firmly attached.
Your SCSI device or SCSI controller may be faulty.
For SCSI disks: the disk has too many unusable areas (bad blocks) and should be replaced. Contact your local support provider.
If the problem persists, the device may have to be replaced. Contact your System Administrator or your service provider.
