From your movie editing application, after you select the range of frames to which you want to apply a 3D filter or transition, you access FX Builder through a special start up dialog. This dialog offers the following choices:
To create a completely new 3D filter, click New.
FX Builder appears.
To apply an included sample 3D filter, select one from the Templates list in the dialog and click Apply.
To edit an included sample 3D filter, select one from the Templates list in the dialog and click Edit... .
FX Builder appears.
If you have previously created and stored 3D filters in another directory on your system, you can access the directory by clicking the Choose More Templates... button.
Select a directory from the file browser and click OK. The templates in that directory appear in the Templates list. Now you can select a template, then click Apply to apply it to the current selection of frames, or Edit... to edit it.
